As a Junior SAP SmartRecruiters Consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within SAP landscapes, typically integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. You will work with senior consultants to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment process digitalization for clients, ensuring seamless integration, data consistency, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SmartRecruiters configuration — Support setup of hiring workflows, job templates, approval chains, and user roles.
- Support SAP–SmartRecruiters integration — Participate in integration activities with SAP SuccessFactors, HR Core, and middleware (CPI).
- Gather recruitment process requirements — Document client needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Execute testing cycles — Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect follow‑up.
- Provide user support — Assist HR teams with SmartRecruiters usage, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Prepare documentation — Create training materials, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Participate in deployment activities — Support go‑live preparation, data validation, and post‑go‑live hypercare.
- Contribute to continuous improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and system usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, especially recruitment.
- Interest or initial exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or SmartRecruiters.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail‑oriented manner.
- Good communication skills in English; French or Dutch is a plus (Lux/BE context
